Rhyme and reason 

Change like seasons 

Hard to conceive the differences 

but it is easy to see the inconsistencies 

I put my arms out for love 

but I reach epiphanies instead 

overloaded head 

is a liability 

existential dread 

is a meaningless activity

but consider me an expert 

because I've mastered the concept 

underwhelmed I overthink 

under pressure 

I overcompensate 

under pleasured 

I overindulge 

underestimate myself 

and I overlook red flags 

they look like regular flags 

these rose colored glasses lied 

so I smash them 

and end up with colorless green ideas 

that I couldn't explain to the masses
